Friend Hubby has died two months ago Christmas Eve. We've always hated the hospital he was in at the time of his death. They were so incompetent there. I have such horror stories of that place; rather than hash them over in this blog, I'll refer you, Kind Reader, to my other blog (http://www.northsidehospitalproblems.blogspot.com). Anyone with horror stories of Northside Hospital (in Tampa Bay, FL) is encouraged to post a comment there. I am currently pursuing legal action.
I have never been one to go in for lawsuits. Most of us have at least one or two acquaintences who are "lawsuit crazy"; look at 'em the wrong way, and you're sure to find yourself slapped silly with a lawsuit. Doesn't matter that your look was due to a sneeze ("Oops, they even maliciously sneezed in my direction!") or the fact that you're walking past raw sewage; nope, you're still hit with that lawsuit.
But when a healthcare provider (or, rather, an alleged healthcare provider) kills someone, especially someone I love, through wanton malpractice, that calls for a lawsuit. Media coverage. And a warning to half the free world.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Hospitals seem to be getting so careless. I have a family member who's 10yr. old son had just died from carelessness, they let him bleed to death. He has a websit at www.terranrobinstein.com you should really go there. She has a lawyer and also went to Bush I believe and they did a walk thru and they failed. This was in Miami in 2006 You two should really get together. God Bless you and good luck
